Terms and Conditions

Condition Verification
All offers are subject to PrimeX Medical’s final inspection of the equipment on-site. The equipment must match the described specifications and functionality. Any undisclosed damage or deviation may result in a revised offer or cancellation of the agreement.
Ownership & Title
The seller warrants that they are the legal owner of the equipment and have full authority to sell. Title of the equipment transfers to PrimeX Medical only upon full payment and completion of removal.
Access & Deinstallation
The seller agrees to provide reasonable access to the premises and to cooperate with PrimeX Medical or its authorised contractors to safely deinstall and remove the equipment. Any delay or obstruction may affect the removal schedule and payment terms.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment will be made in full within 48 hours of successful removal and physical inspection of the equipment. Payment is made via EFT to the seller's nominated account.
Limitation of Liability
PrimeX Medical accepts no responsibility for incidental damages, loss of use, or interruption to the seller’s services during the removal process. All care will be taken to minimise disruption, and any liability will be limited to the value of the equipment as per the agreed offer.
